When the pandemic hit Kentucky in March 2020, it immediately became clear that people in need of care would need a reliable means to connect virtually with their healthcare professionals.
At Seven Counties Services, our direct care teams pivoted quickly, and our organization was up and running with telehealth services in a two-week period so there was no break in delivering mental and behavioral healthcare to our clients in the community who need us most. Today, more than 90% of our services at Seven Counties Services are being delivered through telehealth.
