What to Expect
During your first appointment with us, you or a caregiver will have your first interaction with us over the phone. A case manager will take your basic information, discuss the reason(s) for the call in detail, and then create a personalized plan to help.
Deaf and Hard of Hearing Services are available upon request.
Seven Counties Services provides direct services for deaf and hard-of-hearing adults, children, and their families.
We also provide guidance on use of Interpreter reimbursement funds available to CMHC’s by the Kentucky Division of Behavioral Health, DHH services.
DHHS engages in collaboration and networking often to close the gap in the continuum of care for deaf and hard-of-hearing individuals.

24/7 Crisis Prevention & Response
The Crisis Prevention and Response Program offers a person-centered, short-term response for individuals who have intellectual or developmental disabilities (I/DD) and are experiencing a behavioral or psychiatric crisis. The overall goal is to provide immediate and intensive support to help individuals stay in their homes and communities and avoid hospitalization.
